APPROVAL OF THE GARDEN OF HOPE GRANT APPLICATION TO SWFWMD SPLASH! MINI-GRANT PROGRAM FOR SARASOTA HIGH SCHOOL
Description
COMPETITIVE: Grant funds of $2,549.76 will allow creation of a Florida native plant garden to teach students about water conservation. Additionally, time spent working in the garden will be offered as a reward to students for hard work in the classroom.
Recommendation
That the School Board of Sarasota County approve the Garden of Hope grant application.
